Hello himabinduy, I'm sorry, but I do not have VMware at hand. But I am relatively sure (from all what I could find and read) that this is likely an issue with VMware (or it's configuration) rather than with Ubuntu 25.04 itself.
If you are sure that the ISO image is correct (and wasn't corrupted at download time, and has the correct hash - btw. the 25.04 release ISO is out now: https://releases.ubuntu.com/plucky/ubuntu-25.04-live-server- amd64.iso ) double check if the (virtual) CDROM is properly "connected" - disconnect and connect it again, and ensure that the path to the ISO is correct.
