Public bug reported:

after upgrading to plucky my system fails to boot the new kernel. Old kernel 
(6.11.0) is booting fine. Boot text message stops right after "Loading initial 
ramdisk ...". Same happens with 6.14.0-17 kernel. No addition information with 
"earlyprintk" added. This is an macbook pro 8,1 (intel core i3-23xx).
