The new upstream .6 and .7 releases provide some refinements that may be worth inclusion but on brief glance don't look urgent, though, so YMMV: https://github.com/sysstat/sysstat/blob/master/CHANGES The ubuntu delta is small but sounds like might not be relevant to Debian.
