Hi Julian, Thanks for the quick reply, like I mentioned, after do-release-upgrade failed, I can't run any command, and can not open a new terminal as I'm getting Access denied. And I'm new to ubuntu, could you please tell me how to create a bootable live disc from AZure VMs?
