Ubuntu 20.04 (focal) will soon reach end-of-standard-support on May 29,
2025.
There have been no comments here for over five years so 'I'm closing
this as being 'Invalid'.
If this is still an issue when using a currently supported release then please
open a new
bug report against the affected package as reports opened against the Ubuntu
project with
an affected package will seldom receive any attention that might lead to bugs
being fixed.
