* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2111537). Remaining changes:
- debian/salsa-ci.yml: use ubuntu.yml instead of debian.yml

+ Remove since we don't use the Debian GNOME menu blacklist
- debian/gnome-menus.triggers: Drop "gmenucache".
