I can't see the desktop itself crashing here. Although if you have so many .crash files, that suggests a hardware problem like bad RAM.
I can see some USB problems, maybe a faulty USB hub. So if those cause the mouse to stop working at any point then you could perceive it as a freeze. Finally, prevjournal.txt does show the system failing to boot. In this case please wait a couple of minutes to get past the default timeouts so we can find out what the problem really was. Then run these again: journalctl -b0 > journal.txt journalctl -b-1 > prevjournal.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2111652 Title: Desktop freezed some where and or after reboot loading page is never left To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/2111652/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
