With the cloud-init fix in place, it seems we don't *need* this update
anymore. Obviously, releasing this SRU introduces *some* potential for
regression, so in that sense, removing the upload from -proposed is
preferable.

Gerald, as the OP and SRU driver, would you be okay with the SRU being
abandoned? Or do you feel like there is still a sufficient reason for
releasing the update?
