kernel: Fix z17 elf platform recognition
Symptom:
glibc arch level is not recognized correctly on z17
Problem:
z17 machine type is not known to the kernel
Reproduction:
LD_SHOW_AUXV=1 id | grep AT_PLATFORM
Solution: Add z17 elf platform
