A similar problem has been reported in [1]. We’ve reviewed your environment and confirmed that CONFIG_INTEL_IOMMU_DEFAULT_ON is enabled. To verify whether this is the root cause, please add "intel_iommu=off" to the kernel boot parameters and re-measure the performance.
