ERROR (dkms apport): binary package for rtl88x2bu: 5.13.1 not found

This a problem with a 3rd party kernel module and not a bug in Ubuntu or
the kernel. Either you need to update the module so it works with kernel
6.14, or you need to remove it if you want to use kernel 6.14. Kernel
6.14 introduced lots of updates for Realtek wireless chips, so there's a
good chance you may not need an external module anymore.
