Thanks for the report. What version of the amdgpu driver are you using?
Do you have the driver provided by AMD themselves installed? If so, I
recommend uninstalling that version and installing the latest from AMD.

Here's some instructions from the ROCm project about purging the current
driver and installing the latest (released July 21):
