All this bug shows is that you're trying to remove the kernel you're
currently running, which erroneously triggers the bug reporting
mechanism ( bug 2073399 ).

If kernel 6.14 is not configuring correctly, it is probably due to an external 
module. Please give output of:
sudo dkms status

If you have more information to add about why you're trying to remove
the 6.14 kernel, I will leave this open/Incomplete for now. Otherwise it
is just a duplicate of bug 2073399
