Running the tool on a ESP32 gives the following error
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
'/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/esptool/targets/stub_flasher/stub_flasher_32.json'
The file is not available in the package, installing from github repo
fixes it
