Licensing-wise, may I remind you that in the Debian world, there is no
such thing as an MIT license? ;)
May I also suggest you use debian/clean to remove any non-standard
generated file, rather than overriding the dh_clean target?
Also, for the dh_numpy thing, how about this variant?
execute_after_dh_python3:
dh_numpy3
In any case, I'm letting this package through, you can address these in
a latter upload.
