Public bug reported:
Ubuntu(1.5.12+ds-1ubuntu4) is currently carrying diff in d/control regarding
removing hard-coded libcares2 deps and drop libssl3. The debian version
`1.5.20+ds-2` fixed these issues

In this case, there is no need for the diff we carry. We should sync
trantor rather than merge with the latest Debian version (1.5.20+ds-2)
