@David Hansen, thanks for reporting the issue. It seems like the
transition from the 3.0 deb to the 4.0 snap failed when running
`lxd.migrate` from the snap.
This command attempted to connect to the old (3.0) LXD but it was not
running as its Unix socket at /var/lib/lxd/unix.socket refused the
connection.
Could you try to manually revive the 3.0 service and run `sudo
lxd.migrate` again?
