I get the following error on Ubuntu 25.04 (Plucky):
$ sudo docker run --runtime=runsc -it ubuntu dmesg
docker: Error response from daemon: OCI runtime start failed: starting
container: setting up network: creating interfaces from net namespace
"/proc/1451/ns/net": cannot run with network enabled in root network
namespace: unknown.
I have no problem either on Ubuntu 24.04 or when I use the upstream
runsc on Ubuntu 25.04
1) lsb_release -rd
