Public bug reported:
Description: s390/pci: fix allocation of more than 1 MSI IRQ
Symptom:
When using an PCI adapter that provides more than 1 MSI interrupt, the
implementation for s390x would still only allocate one such interrupt.
Problem:
When setting up MSI interrupts on s390x, the PCI implementation would only
setup a single IRQ descriptor for one MSI descriptor. This works for PCI
adapters that support MSI-X, but not for MSI.
Solution:
Relax this one-to-one relationship between IRQ descriptors on s390x and MSI
descriptors; make it possible to setup multiple IRQ descriptors for a single
MSI descriptor.
