A bit more info: this is very easy to duplicate, it happens every time I
scan the music library with Songbird. (I'm using Hardy now, BTW.) Among
the symptoms, sometimes sshfs gets stuck at 100% processor usage, I'm
not sure if I mentioned this before.

I tried stracing it while doing that with no results:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ strace -p `pidof sshfs`
attach: ptrace(PTRACE_ATTACH, ...): Operation not permitted
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo strace -p `pidof sshfs`
attach: ptrace(PTRACE_ATTACH, ...): Operation not permitted

Any idea what's going on?
