The Problem was that I installed "compizconfig-settings-manager" then I noticed that snapping windows was enabled in Wobbly and as normal Plugin. Both at the same time.
But "compizconfig-settings-manager" didn't noticed it. If I disabled and tried to enable the "snapping windows" plugin then "compizconfig-settings-manager" noticed the conflict with wobbly. It could be that this strange behavior doesn't exist any more. I haven't tested it with latest Hardy.
