Resetting the verification tag for noble as the described test execution does not address the steps of the test plan. In particular, it's not clear which drivers have been tested (has swrast been tested? I guess radeonsi was), and playing video does not seem relevant to the bug in the first place since it's about shader compilation, I'd expect extensive OpenGL testing.
