Having the exact same issue with Ubuntu 25.04 and 6.14.0-29-generic with my dell XPS-15-9510 and Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Dock SD25TB4.
Switching my monitor off and on resolves the issue and the monitor is detected. I have installed the latest "Additional driver" nvidia-driver-575-open.
