If someone who has access to the lpia architecture wants to work on this,
I believe the steps are:

 * Pick a sysname for the architecture, probably lpia_linux26.

 * Create param.lpia_linux26.h by copying param.i386_linux26.h in
   src/config.

 * Add a lpia_linux26 case to src/cf/osconf.m4 and then run ./regen.sh
   at the top level to rebuild the configure scripts.

In theory that should be all that's needed, but it needs to be tested on
that system.
