Cheese has been removed from Debian Testing and will likely be removed
from Debian Unstable soon.
Please build unity-control-center with the --without-cheese option and
remove libcheese-gtk-dev from Build-Depends.
It is too late to make this change for Ubuntu 25.10 but please do this
for Ubuntu 26.04 LTS.
