Public bug reported:
ubuntu-core-initramfs now produces a manifest for the initramfs built
into the kernel UKI in /boot/manifest-initramfs.yaml-<verflav>. Arrange
for this to be picked up when the kernel UKI is being generated and
include it in the linux-image-uc-<verflav> package.
