Public bug reported:
The package 'gir1.2-dazzle-1.0' is missing from Plucky, and prevents
dynamic languages from accessing the dazzle library. In previous ubuntu
versions, gir1.2-dazzle-1.0 is a dependency to libdazzle-1.0-dev.
I was able to successfully install the version from 24.10
(gir1.2-dazzle-1.0_3.44.0-1build3_amd64.deb) to make language bindings
work in Plucky.

I expect the installation with 'apt install libdazzle-1.0-dev' to include
GObject introspection data so language bindings can work.

Though the dazzle library was installed, it was missing GObject introspection,
causing the python program I was using to stop working after upgrade.
