Sorry this got missed in focal. Unfortunately, it didn't really fit with
the plans at the time as we were migrating away from u-boot in the boot
sequence. I'm going to mark this "won't fix" as jammy ultimately
finished that migration by forcing u-boot out of the config.txt file
(and questing / LTS+1 will be excising any u-boot binaries that exist on
the boot partition).
