Did you install v4l2loopback-dkms as well? The v4l2loopback module is
prebuilt and shipped in linux-modules-<version>-generic, and the version
being compiled for hwe-6.14 kernel is 0.13.2-1ubuntu1 from Plucky (which
is origin of all 6.14 kernels). While your Noble rootfs has v4l2loopback
0.12.7, it's certainly older.
This error was generated by `dkms`. There is nothing wrong with v4l2loopback.
You may:
1. remove v4l2loopback-dkms
2. create an empty file /etc/dkms/no-autoinstall to prevent triggering dkms
rebuilds when installing kernel headers.
** Changed in: v4l2loopback (Ubuntu)
Status: Confirmed => Won't Fix
