Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apport

Some time ago, beep-media-player crashes while I was using it. Apport
shows me a windows about compiling information for bug reporting, and I
closed it.

Since then, every time I log into Gnome, a "bomb-like" icon appears next
to the clock and a bubble says "Crash error detected". When I click on
the "bomb" icon, a dialog appears asking me to select "Notify a bug",
"Left closed" or "Reopen". No matter what button I press: the "bomb"
icon disappears, but the next time I log into Gnome, the "bomb" is there
again!

What can I do in order to get the bomb icon disappearing forever?
