Please confirm if that's reproducible and that it's booting with a
working Nvidia driver. Otherwise it sounds like the problem might be an
incomplete Nvidia driver upgrade.
To confirm what the issue really is, please collect a full system log:
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
