Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bluetooth-alsa

It would seem the required SCO patch in /usr/share/doc/bluetooth-
alsa/patches is not in the Ubuntu kernel. Would it be difficult to get
it added to the official kernel? Of course, having it added upstream
would be nice but in the meanwhile could Ubuntu not add it to it's
build?

The headsetd/SCO functionality of this package is rather quite useless
without it it seems.

And I had dreams that bluetooth-alsa would be the answer to my non-
working btsco attempts. It's also nice that it does not need root
privileges to get it going unlike the whole hcitool/btsco/snd-bt-sco
solution.

** Affects: bluetooth-alsa (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
