Public bug reported:
Almost any type of modal windows synaptic opens (search, applying packet
installation, ...) let the UI of synaptic freeze. The same sometimes
happens if the synaptic window is moved from one monitor to another and
gets fullscreen.
There are some exceptions for subwindows that are not affected: options,
sources, filters. The last both (sources and filters) are frozen if
opened - all UI is drawn, but do not respond to input.
