I am reopening this bug as we've had a report of someone using Ubuntu,
not Mint, hitting the same issue.
We can't reproduce this issue though, and have no idea what would be
adding the invalid configuration lines to the cupsd.conf file.
If someone is able to add a step by step reproducer to this bug, we will
be able to investigate.
