thanks for the report.

I agree to "It would be best if Canonical backports the fix (if we can find) to 
libvirt 10.0.0, test it and include it in the next libvirt minor version" in 
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/11141#issuecomment-3585170964
But for that finding it is the next step.

After reading through the case all we know so far is:
- 10.0 affected
- 10.6 fixed
- Nothing in the discussion points me to a particular commit or change to try 
directly
- we do not have a simple reproducer usable for a local bisect (if you find one 
tell us)

Since we do not know which change you are after all we can do is chasing that 
down with you.
If someone can provide a fast reproducer that gets easier.
But until then all I could offer is bisect-by-ppa which means we regularly 
build versions for you to try in a PPA and you can give it a test.

P.S. Until then as workaround you can consider to use the builds from
https://launchpad.net/~canonical-server/+archive/ubuntu/server-
backports?field.series_filter=noble
