Perhaps related to this issue: after upgrading 25.04 > 25.10 transmission-gtk stopped calling 'after download script'. All I can see is "Unable to acquire the address of the accessibility bus: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied: An AppArmor policy prevents this sender from sending this message to this recipient; type="method_call", sender=":1.1414" (uid=1000 pid=2829135 comm="/usr/bin/transmission-gtk" label="transmission-gtk (enforce)") interface="org.a11y.Bus" member="GetAddress" error name="(unset)" requested_reply="0" destination="org.a11y.Bus" (uid=1000 pid=2714 comm="/usr/libexec/at-spi-bus-launcher" label="unconfined"). If you are attempting to run GTK without a11y support, GTK_A11Y should be set to 'none'." in syslog. And as Denis described: it only started after upgrading from 25.04 to 25.10
