Thanks for reporting. This seems like a known unknown issue in the
various upstream repositories, not a Ubuntu-specific issue.
You might try more combinations of pulse quantum settings, pipewire's
default.clock* settings, experiment with the PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC
environment variable, or try other audio backends with
{wine,proton}tricks to see if you can find a workaround for your
specific system, or even switch back to Pulseaudio if necessary. See
