Thanks. Unfortunately those log files don't seem to cover any period of time when the desktop crashed and logged out.
Next time it happens, please: 1. Reboot. 2. Run: journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt 3. Attach the resulting log file here. I also notice you have some unsupported extensions installed and causing problems, which may or may not be related to the logout. Please delete those while we are debugging this issue: cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/ rm -rf extensions and then log in again.
