It looks like you have the latest BIOS update for your computer, so we can 
hopefully rule that out. If you can try a mainline kernel build, that would 
help determine if this is an issue upstream or on Ubuntu's end. Our latest 
mainline kernel build for amd64 is 6.18.1, available here: 
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/mainline/v6.18.1/

That mainline 6.18.1 kernel is a couple releases behind upstream, so if
this does end up being an upstream issue you'll need to go ahead and
build the latest tree yourself to confirm that this problem isn't fixed
before reporting to the upstream maintainers. If you can't reproduce the
issue on mainline, we'll start narrowing down which Ubuntu version this
problem was introduced in, or if there's a fix available upstream that
we need to backport.
