Public bug reported:
I have release qpdf 12.3.0 and uploaded to debian unstable. This
includes the fix that was in the latest Ubuntu upload, so it should be
possible to go back to a no-change sync from debian. I'm not sure if
this happens automatically or not, but I'm assuming it requires some
manual step somewhere.
