Public bug reported:
It looks like all the binary packages we provide only builds for `amd64`
and `arm64` except rocm-device-libs-21 which is causing build errors on
architecture that are not supported.
Even though arm64 itself also not supported officially it is fairly
stable to be kept enabled but I think we should drop the others from the
build list for this package.
