Could you try to install Ubuntu 24.04 and see if the problem happens as
well? Noble 24.04 has a better support for the ThinkPad-P16v-Gen-2 and
the 6.8 HWE kernel present in Jammy might not support all the features
required for a 2024 laptop hardware.
Is a switch to Noble possible to you or do you have a business
requirement to stay on Jammy?
Edit: the previous 5.15 GA kernel might work as it's not getting
advantage of all the new hardware features not available in 2022 present
in your laptop.
