"Allow attaching nested domain for GBPA cases" implements GBPA bypass option
for attaching a nested domain when CR0.SMMUEN=0 and vSID is not allocated.
"Fix incorrect error return from hugetlb_reserve_pages()" to return
-ENOMEM instead of -EPERM for hugetlb_reserve_pages()
"Reset VCMDQ in tegra241_vcmdq_hw_init_user()" resets vCMDQ registers
during user-space init and cleans up vCMDQ register dirty state
