Public bug reported:
The librocblas5 package is built for both amd64 and arm64 architectures,
but the symbols file only covers amd64 (debian/librocblas5.symbols.amd64).
A symbols file for arm64 (debian/librocblas5.symbols.arm64) should be
generated and added to ensure proper symbol tracking and versioning on
that architecture.
This was identified during package review but deferred as it is pre-existing
technical debt and not a regression.
