Thank you for the suggestion. Just tried it. Regarding the Wi-Fi issue (MT7920 / 14c3:7920): it does not work on the previous 6.8.0-9x kernel I tested, so it does not appear to be a regression specific to 6.8.0-100.
I installed and booted 6.8.0-94-generic and Wi-Fi is still missing (no wlp* interface). uname -r: 6.8.0-94-generic nmcli device status: shows only ethernet + lo (no Wi-Fi device/interface). Separately, the AMDGPU boot freeze is a regression within 6.8 (works on 6.8.0-94 without amdgpu.runpm=0, but 6.8.0-100 freezes unless amdgpu.runpm=0) — tracked in related bug 2141725. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2141726 Title: MT7920 (14c3:7920) Wi-Fi device present but no driver bound / no wlp* interface on 6.8.0-100 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2141726/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
