It's possible these drivers are just obsolete for newer kernels.  If
that's the case, the package should probably just fail the build with a
clear message, rather than a mysteriously missing header file.

For my original goal (mstconfig with secure boot), it seems like there's
an mstflint_access driver (mstflint-dkms package) that makes mstconfig
work even with Secure Boot, but oddly, the version of mstflint in the
repos didn't seem to use the driver, I had to install a manually built
mstflint instead.
