Yes indeed, there is still some work on the release upgrader to notify users 
better as the upgrade "could" be valid.

Once that is sorted out, we should close that resolute task


But indeed to the extend that it can be fixed for rabbitmq, this post is meant 
to provide a mitigation to our users.
