Before we can take this upstream we have to verify that it's indeed (still) an issue with latest kernel and firmware. Can you try 6.19 and maybe 6.18 from https://kernel.ubuntu.com/mainline/dashboard.html to see if they behave better? Note that these kernels are unsigned so you need to disable SecureBoot.
