Public bug reported:

Suspend-Resume Failure on Kernel 6.17.0-14 on Linux Mint 22.3
Regressive Behavior: System fails to maintain S3 state and freezes upon
immediate auto-resume.

Immediate Wakeup: Upon initiating suspend, the system attempts to enter
sleep but triggers an immediate wakeup event without user input.

Kernel/Driver Lockup: On the involuntary resume, the system becomes
completely unresponsive (Hard Lockup).

Keyboard State: NumLock LED remains illuminated/static, but HID inputs
(keyboard/mouse) are ignored.

No Display: The monitor typically stays in power-save mode or shows a
black screen.

Reverting to Kernel 6.14.0-37 issue is gone.

** Affects: linuxmint
