There is something wrong with the loading of compressed code object bundles, but I don't know what.
I cannot reproduce this problem at a smaller scale than librocsparse.so.1. I have no problem running small, simple programs or loading small, simple libraries built with --offload-compress. This problem only occurs when using binaries built with --offload- compress. It doesn't occur with the same libraries when using only uncompressed code objects. The diff between the passing and failing logs shows that there's a number of calls to libamd_comgr3 that are missing.
